Leya A. Quiñones, Flute & Piano Instructor
Leya is a New Jersey native and moved to the Hampton Roads area after her husband started working at Huntington Ingalls Shipbuilding. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s in Music in 2017.  Her studies included an emphasis in music industry as well as a concentration in flute performance.  Since graduation Leya has been freelancing as a sound engineer while also keeping up her flute performance skills by playing in small chamber groups.
