Robin Restrepo
Robin recently moved from Chicago and is excited about working with the Music Post! Robin started violin at the age of 3 and has been loving it ever since! She studied with Lisa Chodorowski, Trudy Larsen, Stephanie Preucil, and Charles Castleman. She has been teaching students ages 2-adult for 22 years. She is certified in Suzuki Violin Books 1-6. Along with violin, Robin teaches viola, ensembles, and group instruction. As an early childhood music educator, Robin has been trained and taught Kindermusik and Music Together and created her own curriculum for early childhood music. In Chicago, Robin directed 4 vocal choirs, 3 bell choirs and played violin and Handbells in various community groups. Her biggest accomplishments are her 2 children (one in college and one in high school). |
