Nicholas Robinson graduated from Christopher Newport University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Music degree concentrating in instrumental music education and a minor in leadership studies. During his undergraduate career, he was a member of the Honors and President’s Leadership Programs, the former of which he presented research for at the 2017 Virginia Humanities Conference.
As a multi-instrumentalist, he performed with a variety of ensembles at CNU including the Marching Captains, the CNU Wind Ensemble, University Band, Jazz Combo, University Chorale, and CNU Theater. Nicholas is currently a graduate student at CNU in the Master of Arts in Teaching program with an endorsement in PK-12 instrumental music education. He also teaches private guitar instruction at The Music Post in Yorktown and serves as a percussion instructor for several area high schools.
